Get GOOD Medical Insurance!

There are some things you can skimp out on.  You can live with shitty single ply toilet paper, just take more of it to wipe your bum. You can live with low end discount cola, because it still contains all the caffeine you’ll ever need to play computer games for a long long time.  You can live without a decent razor, deodorant, and soap. But for the love of god, get decent medical insurance.

Because if you don’t and you get the wrong procedure done, not only will you not be able to sit to play a game, you won’t want to do anything ever again.
